*the omurice is easy to make.. 1. you make chahan 2. then make a big omulette. (is this the right spell?) this is depend on the skilled of you making the one! 3. on pan, put the chahan on top and in the middle of omulette then, cover up the chahan. 4. put a plate on top then lift the pan upside down. so, you'll see how beautiful the omurice place in the middle of your plate. 5. finally, put ketchup on top of it.
