well I am not sure, because, there is no really good market of them these days, but we do have shisheido, sk, and all the big brands known to the west I guess.

maybe in time, I would be seeing them, or maybe the mall that carries imported goods. I don't usually go out that much, so I don't really know if they already have it here.
